Well, technically, we have a signed contract. And the home and termite inspection were approved. So, it looks like all is a go and our closing should be at the end of September or the beginning of October.
We have also been approved for financing. So, the hunt begins for our finding a new home in Texas! We have a top 10 and hope to have a signed contract by the end of next week!

"we are VERY HAPPY you're coming back to Texas = but, we loved our home away from home, and will miss visiting in TN. Expecially G-Dad and his hikes with the boys.
Teresa, It has been a joy to know you & your family these past 4 years. We are going to miss you terribly! Sometimes we don't always agree with God's timing, but His timing is always perfect! I have learned during these past few months to enjoy friends while you can; don't take it for granted that they will always be there! Please keep in touch after you move back to Texas!
